Last night in the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Honduras, seven people died, and a total of ten were rescued from a plane crash. The aircraft crashed shortly after taking off from Roatan Island. Fourteen passengers and three crew members were on board. The wreckage was found one kilometer from the island's shore.
"This incident occurred as a result of the crash of a Lansa plane, which was flying to La Ceiba airport on the main land of Honduras," officials reported.
